With Yuri Dario's Pilot-Link I am able to use USB connection to sync and backup my Garmin iQue 3600 pda to my ThinkPad T42p. Unfortunately still need windoze and special version of Palm Desktop to create and upload maps for the GPS feature of the iQue 3600.
