After driver installation, you should need to modify MMPM2.INI - fix parameters lline (in [IBMWAVEYMF01] section). IBMers are setting 22kHz and one channel by default. DOS-sessions have no sound, Mixer - by Anton Malykh.

PS: I have card with revision D. Other revisions may have problems, and Daniella's patch may not solve them. I didn't use it by myself.
