Now allows to create boot information table inside boot image if it is necessary.

Core functions now supports the DVD_BOOT_TABLE option.
DVDDiskInfo(), DVDSelectEncoder(), DVDEncoderInfo() and DVDSaveTrack() functions
are added to the DVD/CD Toys core.
