• - The latest danis506.add version 1.8.2 is needed to see both hard disks, the disk1 and disk2, but version 1.8.1 detects and shows only the first one in the LVM-manager.
• - The boot manager can only be installed into the second hard disk. It has to be freed from NTFS with the Vista hard disk tool. I left the first hard disk for Vista usage.
• - There is no driver for the Dolby sound system. If the Latest AC97 is installed, the system will hang.
• - There is no driver for the video camera.
• - The WLAN seems not to be compatible with any of the drivers.
• + The USB drivers work fine: flash stiks, hard disks, modem port and the mobilel Logitech laser mouse. The usb keyboard was not tested!
• +/- It seems that, the touch pad mouse does not work!
• + The ethernet driver works fine!
• + Dual core SMP works fine with parameters /SMP /PIC.
  NOTE! System hangs when parameters are /SMP /APIC
• + The Panorama VESA display system is very fast (resolution 1440 x 900 ), but it seems, that the system from time to time takes small pauses. At the same time there is a spike seen on the cpu load monitor. This seems to become more seldon if the SMP monitor is running and displaying????
• +/- SNAP works also but very slowly.

After reinstallation + installation of the latest ACPI, APM, DANIS506R183 and uniadu1.9.3 drivers the touch pad mouse works. Also the sounds are heard, and less of the previously mentioned pauses are seen. Wlan not working yet.

I ran the Setup Defaults From the bios setup menu. The PS/2 mouse started working! This setup reorders only the Boot priority order. It is not possible to configure anything else from the bios menu. I also changed the ACPI IRQ number from 9 to 4. Previously there were small pauses relating to spikes seen in the CPU load monitor. These pauses/spikes do not appear after the IRQ number is changed! My parameters for the APPI.PSD are now: /SMP /PIC /R /IRQ:4 or /SMP /APIC /!NOD /R /IRQ:4
